William M. Bendon
William M. Bendon is a Delaware County native and graduate of Upper Darby High School. His work experience before becoming a lawyer, included working as a roofer for John T. Hieb in Drexel Hill; as a warehouseman for Food Fair in Philadelphia and as a Radio Communications Analyst Specialist for the United States Air Force at the National Security Agency, Fort Meade, Maryland. After the Air Force, Mr. Bendon attended St. Joseph’s University where he graduated Magna Cum Lauda. Mr. Bendon then attended Villanova Law School where he graduated in the top 20% of his class in 1987. During Law School, Mr. Bendon interned for the Honorable Judge Charles Keeler, Court of Common Pleas located in Delaware County. Upon graduating from Law School, Mr. Bendon was employed as an attorney with the United States Department of Labor defending Black Lung cases and enforcing the Mine Safety and Health Act. He then entered private practice with a large Philadelphia law firm where his focus became toxic tort, personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation. Soon after, Mr. Bendon was employed by Reliance Insurance Company as an attorney, where he obtained insight into the workings of insurance companies and how they handle workers’ compensation cases. This knowledge has been invaluable over the past sixteen years as Mr. Bendon has exclusively represented injured workers in the southeastern counties of Pennsylvania. The Law Offices of William M.
